They offer dimensional stability, low creep, and high flexural strength. Thermoset laminates' excellent insulating properties and resistance to melting at high heat render them extremely useful as primary and secondary electrical insulation and thermal barriers.
IDI Fabrication FRP sheet laminates are available in grades GPO-1, GPO-2, and GPO-3, and select grades can also be used in AIEE-Class B through H electrical applications. IDI provides a full range of molded thicknesses, from 1/32 inch to 1 inch, in 36x72 inch and 48x72 inch sheets.
